Secure Chat
Section titled “Secure Chat”Flash Chat lets you send private messages to other Flash users and talk to support when you need help.
It is built into the app, so you do not need a separate messenger.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Message your Flash contacts
- Reply to messages in a thread
- React to messages
- Join the Flash support group
- Get help without leaving the app
How to start a chat
Section titled “How to start a chat”- Open the Chat tab
- Tap a contact or start from the Contacts tab
- Type your message and send it
- Keep chatting inside Flash
If you do not see someone yet, make sure they are added as a contact first.
Support group
Section titled “Support group”Flash has a built-in support group where you can ask questions and get help from the team.
Use the support group when:
- You need help with your account
- A payment is stuck
- You need guidance on top ups or cash outs
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Messages are private inside Flash
- Chat is for communication, not for bank transfers
- If you need to send or receive money, use your Cash Wallet or Bitcoin Wallet instead
